Great neighborhood and a quiet street made this close to the perfect home for our clients. All that was missing: a bright, modern look that made the most of the home’s architectural style.

The goal of this project? Light, airy and modern in a way that took advantage of the home’s classic architectural elements.

A generous island with endless storage? The only way to go for this kitchen.

These antique-mirrored glass tile from Ann Sacks were a perfect material to bridge our modern meets classic look.

Hand-blown pendant lights inspired by perfume bottles. We should all have some of these.

Painting the dark ceiling beams white made the ceilings feel several feet higher.

The repetition of silver and mirrored-finishes made the great room and kitchen feel cohesive, fresh and sophisticated.

Nothing says cozy like a marble fireplace.

A quiet corner to get homework done while dinner is being made. Much easier to help with math problems :)

We simplified the existing built-in to modernize it and maintain all that great storage.

The drama in this bathroom comes from layering texture, shapes, and materials all with the most neutral of color palettes.

Oversized bronze mirrors framed by polished nickel sconces from Kelley Wearstler. Who says you can’t mix metals?

Floor-to-ceiling tile and a floating marble bench. The contractors outdid themselves!

Paonazetta marble. Just. So. Damn. Gorgeous.

What to you do when there’s no linen closet? Build one.

This family needed a media room/play space that was ready for kids’ sleep-overs and parents’ parties.

Justina Blakeney’s Cosmic Desert wallpaper from Hygge & West is the coolest backdrop for these black built-in cabinets.

The perfect little corner for a game table.

A dry-erase ping pong table makes it easy to keep score.

Neon art and a crazy paint treatment is the right blend of kid and adult space to me.

Every entertaining space needs a quiet spot to catch-up with friends. Or enjoy simply beautiful wallpaper from Abigail Edwards Seascape collection.

Courtenay Moritz did such epic work on the landscaping. It was great fun to add all the finishing touches.

Bright and beautiful during the day with a fire to keep things cozy as the sun goes down.

Designing the tile for this spa was one of my favorite parts of this project.
